Noobie needs some advice!

Hi guys, sorry for no introduction but I thought I'd just crack on and see what response I get.

I'm looking at building my first rig. Now as its my first one I don't really want to go too mental with water cooling, just a standard air-cooled gamer rig. At the moment I have a Antec 902 case which houses some really out of date components so time for an upgrade. Now I do love my current case but as I am building a new rig from scratch I thought I'd check out what alternatives there are on the market.

I have budgeted in up to £130 for a new case.

Some cases that have already caught my fancy are the "Corsair Graphite 600T Midi Tower Case - Limited Edition White" and the "Cooler Master CM-690 II Advanced Dominator Case - Black".

Really though I haven't got an clue of what I actually want. It needs to be able to fit a 6950 card and have really good air cooling with dust filters (dust filters are a must for me).

What do you guys think???

If your looking for a quieter rig, Fractal R3 is good, or if you want something to maybe do some WaterCooling later the Fractal midi Arc is very nice too.

Fractal R3 for sure if it was me, best case ever brought and thats coming from guy who has had a TJ10 and TJ07

I'v had cases with doors on before and I have to admit I can't stand them. Although the fractal does look like an amazing case I dont think I could put up with another case with a door.

I do like the way the hard drives go in though so if you can think of a case without a door that had the same feature that would be nice.

I think it has dust filters, but don't quote me on it: one of those red NZXT Phantom's, £109 last time I saw one

I second that, it is indeed a lovely case. Might not be everyone's cup of tea, but I personally think it is a brilliant case.

Looks decent but personally the plastic (or at least appears to be) front panel and roof would put me off

I had one of these a while ago and they're great. Plus if you dont use a dvd drive it looks even better as there is no disruption to the front bay/roof continuation. I had the red edition
