Noise coming from my PC.

This has been going on for a month now and I was trying to ignore it but now I am totally pissed and I want to fix it. :D It is coming from my mobo I think, somewhere near the CPU. It isnt constant. It stops when I am not using my computer and when its under heavy load(not 100%sure). I have a corsair GS 600W psu with an asrock p67extreme4gen3 and an i5 2500k. Also I just noticed that my psu light is getting darker in tact with the sounds.I just uploaded the video at http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kIZUdUGX3aE&feature=yout... . What would you suggest doing in order to fix it?

P.S The voltage in my house isnt really constant but I have the computer hooked up to an UPS and a device that is supposed to compensate the voltage difference and make it constant so I dont think that is the problem.

My HDD is a Seagate 7200RPM drive and maybe the noise comes from it. Here is a link where you can hear the sweeping noise they make. http://www.datacent.com/datarecovery/hdd/seagate it is almost the same as mine. I just checked is it is neither a fan nor the HDD.

P.S. I fixed it! I just tightened the screws on the motherboard and the cpu heatsink and how there is no noise! Thank you for the help!

It turned out that the noise has just disappeared for some time and now its back. :( I turned every fan off and now I am sure that its coming from my PSU(corsair GS600). Here is a video of the problem: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=S2KNdf8OBoQ
some people say that turning it around (with the fan up) gets rid of the noise. I am not sure if I want to d it because if I do it I will have to redo my cable management and it may not work. Do you think that turning it around will stop the noise?

I had similar problem with my Corsair CX600M PSU. Turning it so the fan faces up also fixed the problem. It turns out that the PSU fan was hitting the grill. I removed the fan grill and the PSU is once again silent with fan facing down. Unfortunately I don't think you can remove the grill in your GS600.

Yes, please try to turn it up side down and see if the noise will persist. Sounds like it's coming from the fan. It sounds really bad. If flipping it up side down does not help.. I'd suggest that you go ahead and submit a ticket and we'll get that replaced for you.

I just turned the whole pc upside down and unfortunately it doesnt fix the problem. I will contact Corsair and ask for a replacement.
