Here I post you picture about my OC and can some body tell me if I make good mounting mach II gt?? becasue mach soft. show -49 and Speed Fan show from -2 to -5 during prime 95--whichc is running already 5 hours?? I know that the best is electronic thermomether, but I have not got any

I also know that Display and soft. on mach IIgt show temperatur higih than is on cpu,but I thought that diference is about 10 celsius??

Thanks for reply

this is kind of hard to understand, but at those clocks it sounds about right i think, how tight are the skrews?

Skrews are tight as possible as I can make by my hand. So you think that temperature on my oc cpu under load between -2 to -5 are good?? I wnat to be sure that I made good mounting of my mch II GT

And I hadnt ceramic thermo paste so give under mach thermo paste which come with it, do you think that I havet replace it with ceramic whne I get one? Do you think it will help temperature??

Thanks for help. I am new in phase change cooling, I know a little bit about, but not much!!

Sorry for my english

Yeah looks fine for the voltage you are using plus you are running the fans on low you will get better temps if you run the fans on turbo

Yeah I know turbo will be better (but I have to learn today and turbo is lttle bit loudy

)and volteges is also high but my cpu want it for this clock. So good I wanted know if I mounet it good ant it seems that Yes.Thanks for help!

I have another question, I want to buy x2 chips I am not resolved which one, but do you think that mach II gt will be able gat x2 during OC under 0 celsius?? I know that depend on cpu and voltages, but can somebody tell me something about x2 and mach II gt OC generally??

THX all!

Have a look in the overclocking forums a few of the members here have x2 cpu's some have also gone for the r507 regass for better temps but the downside is you need your fans on turbo for that

O.K: mybe this is very stiupid question, but is there any possibility to make it any silenter on turbo??

only by replacing the fans but you still need the high airflow fans so it is very hard to find something to replace them with

Yeah I understan replace fans with another silenter one. I was also thinking about regased with R507 or do you think is better to make modded chilly1 which make Phill??

It is not essential to have fans on turbo with R507 regas - although for warranty purposes you should - it's not always neceassary. A good balance is to have the rear fan running at 1850rpm and the front fan at 1650 rpm - I have found this to be a good balance between noise and performance.

Also if you have the LianLi fascia kit fitted - consider introducing a 120mm fan at the front of the unit (slotted behind the lian li front face) to allow more airflow into the mach unit without higher noise, i also drilled the holes at the front to 6mm diameter to help with air flow into the unit :) .

Your temps look good for the overclock you have - and r507 re-gas will help and is a great balance between cost and performance.

Cheers

Whether you need the fans on Turbo or not really depends on your ambient, so keep that down and you dont need the fans up so high.

That much is true but in the summer months I don't overclock so much to make sure that I can keep the lowest possible fan speeds.

Typical ambient in the 'office' is 24degrees but can go as high as 32degrees in the summer

Reads like a Babelfish translation :)

I find that sometimes adding washers to the mounting can help with temperatures. I think as many as 8 on each is okay...

Satandard there are 2 washers and one gum washers, so you think 8 will be better?? It will be tighert??

Thanks for help

Usually, a lot of people find that to be true. However if you already have good contact I doubt it would make much difference...
