New to water cooling - seeking advice

CPU: Intel Core 2 Duo 3.16 Wolfdale

PCB: Gigabyte EP45-UD3R

GPU: EVGA Nvidia 8800GT

RAM: 8GB G.Skill DDR2 1066

PSU: Thermaltake W0116RU 750W

I am building a everyday-use machine that can handle high-end gaming, and, partially due to the unique case I'm building, I would like a somewhat silent system. I've been fascinated with water cooling for some time, but have zero experience. I don't anticipate having any trouble learning fast, and implementing a good rig.

I currently have my eyes on the Thermaltake CL-W0175, but I'm sure there are better systems out there, and I'm open to all ideas.

So I pose this question: Based on my system specs, what would you recommend for a highest-quality, lowest price WC system? I don't intend to OC much (if at all), and am primarily interested in the overall silence of the system.

The only pre built kit I would recommend is the Swiftech.

But WCUK do have their own packages that they have made from good components (where I bought a lot of my WC stuff from ):

If you WCing your cpu and nb, then you need at least a 240 radiator with a good pump and blocks. If you want to add in your graphics card, you will need s 360 or 480 radiator.
