i like the gskill gh over the redline, and the crucial does indeed pwn.. i love 2.5-2-2-5 up to 220 and 2.5-2-2-7 @ 230... 2.5-2-3-7 @ 240 on up to 3-3-3-8 @ 290-300.. love it. my gskill gh got 270fsb @ 2-2-2... pretty good for utt i'd say 'tis for sale perhaps.. if ur in the us and interested... hit me up

actually no. GH has been having varied results lately. Redlines are more consistent and they scale better with voltage. Plus the fact that mushkin already burns them in for you. What more than you want ?

yea they will do just fine . Ppl say tracers oc better but i have seen no definite facts to support that comment. usually those babies will do around 250+ mhz 3-3-3-8 timings . Just remember they do not like voltage like other micron chips do. WHy , i dunno .

The thing is that theyb both cost exactly the same. The Corsair XMSTWINX crap are cheaper, but both the tracers and the normal ballistix kit are £260. So my question to you is: which one???

Crickey, thanks lads. You all seem to know loads about the memory side of things, and yes 2GB is what I'm gonna be going for.

Been manic all weekend for a wedding, so I've only just got 2 secs to spare to get to my PC and play CS as well as post here.... : (

I'm gonna start getting some bits for this new setup very soon, and Matt is gonna help setup and tweak its friggin' nuts off!!!
