hello
im getting myself some new parts but i need some advice how i can improve it
if have already got the PSU and GPU
and i also got the case already
i can only go 30euro above the 959 euro total

Id probably drop the Asus Sabertooth in favour of the Gigabyte 990FXA board instead, and probably look at the Cooler Master Sickle Flow fans too.

Nice spec list, but there are a few things that I'd personally change:
1- For €10,- more you can get a GTX 660 Ti:

2- The RAM runs at 1.65 Volt. You should try to see if you can find one that uses only 1.5 Volt. Also getting an 1866MHz kit should give a small boost over the 1600MHz one as those AMD chips love quick RAM.
3- Get an H100i. I know it costs a bit more (About €10,-) but it comes with much better fans and tubing. It's also by Corsair so they'll have you covered with warranty.
4- A lot of people get Seagate drives nowadays, however I'd personally still go for something like a WD Caviar Blue. They cost the same and I'd much rather have a WD drive.
5- You should really try to fit an SSD in there. Even if it's a small (60GB-ish) one for the OS and a few apps. Everything will just load so much faster and you'll never want to go back. It's a lot of hassle to add one later as you'll have to do a clean install of the OS.
Also, Bitfenix fans are absolutely fine. The non-pro ones are also nice and quiet. Don't get Sickleflows. They are loud and don't shift a lot of air. Most people on here would strongly advice you not to buy Sickleflows.

I agree with Feronix and don't at the same time with the SSD, sure they do make an improvment on speed, but it depends how much it bothers you of waiting for Windows to boot. Personally I don't mind waiting (guessing, it's only like 20 seconds?) unless you clutter your HDD.
Other than that everything Feronix suggested is a +1 from me.

Personally, I love my Seidon 240. The pump is silent, and performance is very close to the H100i. I'd keep with the Seidon tbh.
Sickle flow fans are terribad. mega noisey. dont bother.

Correct me if i'm wrong but you can also save few bucks by swapping that case out with an Arc Midi R2 which is a lovely case for the price. It also has some great features and is really easy to work with (cable management, dust filters, rad offset on top for running p/p, etc...).

SSDs are the biggest boost you can give any PC (for general speed) and they're not all that expensive anymore.
Don't have personal experience with this, but in that case it's a nice way to save some money.
OP says he already has the case. Otherwise I would agree. Aerocool isn't exactly a quality case either

what site is this list from I can try create a list of my own sticking to your budget around the 950 euro mark?

i also updated the list i went over the budget with 20euro but thats not realy that bad
i changed the RAM to 1866MHz and its on 1.5volts 2x4GB
added an ssd and also changed the board and the SATA

Looks good. I'd still recommend that GTX 660 Ti that I linked though. You'll have to get it from Alternate but it's only €10 for a pretty big performance boost. I get that you're on a budget but....
THE NEXT TWO BENCHMARKS ARE AGAINST A NON-Ti 660
I could hardly find any against the 660 Ti, but it easily outperforms the regular 660...
Previous one was a 2x4GB kit so I'm assuming this is the same.

Well, we were just giving advice to give you a boost in price/performance ratio
I forgot you already had the GPU, but oh well... It's an easy thing to upgrade in the future anyway! When needed, that is.. What games do you intend to play?
But yes, it all fits together nicely. Only two things you should try to figure out imo:
1- Is the PSU 8Pin cable going to be long enough? The case looks quite tall and you might need an extension.
2- I'm not sure how many Sata cables come with that board, but you need at least 3. Try to look up an unboxing to find out. I guess it'll come with 4 as it is a somewhat more expensive board, but you can easily check just to be on the safe side
Edit; I checked for you, it comes with 4 Sata cables!

your list seems ok actually, reading the comments i therefore assume you already have the psu case and gpu?
if thats the case then i would not buy the fans at all i think you will be well within operating temps, plus those fans for the noise arnt worth the cooling they do! I would see how you get on then if your reallllly concerned about GPU temps i would get a corsair fan and use that on the side of the case. Also i would change the cooler to the corsair h100i. if you can get an SSD from samsung or intel that would be better (but if you cant due to budget then kingston is cool).
