New OC3D site design in the works

That's right, a new OC3D site design is in the works and will be ready for release by the end of next week

A lot of things have stayed the same (colours, logo..etc), but the new site layout is a lot more up-to-date and may even shock some of you

Some of us have even seen the artwork
