New mouse

After a quite intense session of copying and pasting text for an online browser game last night I started suffering from a mouse hand. So I've decided it's time for a new mouse.

The main problem I have with my current logitech mx518 is that I can't leave my little finger anywhere. After an hour or so of precision work this causes aches in the whole right half of my right hand.

So far the CM storm sentinel advanced seems like a good option, does anyone have experience with this mouse / any other good mouses? I like having a high sensitivity, budget up to say 50 quid.

thats kinda the same shape just updated LED's logo's etc etc

tbh if you have largeish hands then i wouldnt recommend the diamond back as its quiet a tiny mouse, the death adder is probs my option as its a large mouse and is extremely comfortable

+1. I have rather large hands and this is very comfortable, looks great and is really good for resting your hand on.

Got MX518 and Diamondback 3G, I used MX518 for years (2-3) and I say it was a great mouse. I thought hey I'm gonna go another way cloth and Razer Diamondback 3G and wow is it better. You can rest your pink nice to the side and you don't accidently press the other buttons (like mx518) but they're in an awkward place on the Diamondback, so be careful.

DIAMONDBACK 3G > MX518

My skill level increased quite a lot.

I am using a razer deathadder :)

Previously I had a razer diamondback (similar shape to the copperhead) and that was also ok but I find the deathadder to be more ergonomic.

Have had my deathadder for ages now, they have released a new deathadder with a better sensor (3500dpi)

Most of the new razer mice seem to be based on a similar shape to the deathadder aswell :)

The deathadder cost me £25 12months ago :D

Yea I'm starting to like the deathadder more and more. I read a review or two on the diamondback 3G and the main disadvantage is/are (stupid english grammar) the ergonomics.

No experiences at all with the CM one though?

Against all advice I decided to go for the CM storm sentinel :) Looking at images it seems to have more space for the little finger, and it's looks abit more neutral to me.

Will make a user review some time when I receive it, should be somewhere next week :)
