With the expressed help and advice of Pyr0 & Hyper, I`m gonna lunge into Widescreenville.

20.1" Dell E207WFP, Widescreen TFT, VGA/DVI, 1680x1050, 5 ms, 800:1, 300 cd/m2, Black

Seen this one for a reasonable price and instinctively bought it. (and it was to qualm the sadness of not Wii`ing this side of christmas, so it seems)

Dell seems to have a consensus of good experiences.

Meh, 19" square screen (black dots`n`all) is being relegated to the 2nd pc, do u get any weird focusing experiences when flipping between the 2 screentypes ?

Strange question ?

Im assuming this 19" is CRT? make sure the refresh rate is above 70hz. Mine screws with my eyes looking from TFT to CRT if its not...

Yeah it`ll have to be, atm it`s close to a 15" crt that makes it`s bottom wobble unless it`s @ about 85 >.<

Jeez the 15" (with defective on/off button) is about 12+ years old

I`d just like to add, for the record, the advice I`ve had via the OC3D forums on this matter has been nothing short of excellent!!

Quite frankly guys, it`s arrived, plugged in, and I`m not speechless, I`m searching through my terras for the next thing to install to see what it looks like.

In addition, not only has my 19" crt been cast aside to the floor behind me, but the 15" is too - as using the analogue and digital inputs has made them both redundant.

Thanks very very much for settling any qualms I had, and the assurances.

Pretty sure they do, since it's basically the same panel I like samsungs base and buttons better, easier to push compared to my old ultrasharp 17". Good buy though buddy enjoy it, it'll feel small in no time =(
