Well this will be the last asus mobo for me the last three have died on me.Was thinking on the sniper 3 but trying to stay under $200. so i narrowed it down between the msi z77mpower or there gd65 gaming board. I dont want to wait for Haswell because there is nothing wrong with my 3770k. So which one does anybody recommend?

For 200$ the Mpower is the best motherboard on the market. Gd65 is still a solid performer but OC'ing will require more volts.

MPower all the way. That is my favorite Intel motherboard thats out right now and Im a pretty big Asus fanboy.
The MPower is reviewed very well and HardOCP said it was the best MSI motherboard theyve tested to date. Theyre probably the most abusive to the motherboards they test so that is indeed high praise.

They both have basically the same features. The only real difference is looks. You'll get the same performance out of both of them.
Depending on how much cheaper the GD65 is, I'd possibly be considering that.
Can't go wrong with either though tbh.

three different mobos with different issues. just havent had real good luck with asus mobos the last few years. switched to gigabyte on my last amd rig and loved that motherboard. but the gigabyte board i want is way to expensive. So I thought i would try MSI. The fisrt asus mobo kept on rebooting my computer, the last to just died on me. I was hoping the MV5 would turn it around for me i just updated the bios maybe that will fix the instability issues i am having, if not its MSI turn.

If you don't plan on Oc'ing like crazy then the GD65 is a good board, but if you want to make use of your 200$ the Mpower is still the way to go!
