New headset......

Alright, am gonna get a new headset from my dad on christmas and I was wondering if any of you guys had some recomendations for me?

I have looked at the Sennheiser PC 360 and Corsair vengance 1500 as a something I may wish for but is there any other good out there?

What kind of features would you like it to have?

Great for music? Games? Noise cancellation? Light-weight? Removable mic? 2.1, 5.1 etc

hmm. I love high quality music and I will use this headset for games and stuff and my sp2500`s for music, but the problem is that I dont know what headset am gonna buy

If you don't have a dedicated sound card the Corsair 1500s are a very good choice. I have some and they are brill for both music and games. Keep in mind that they are noise cancelling (I think that's the right term) head phones.

Corsair 1300's would be a good match.

Sennheiser PC360s are very nice and comfortable, I particularly like them because they are open back which keeps your ears nice and cool which is a big thing for me. not only that but the quality is exceptional IMO.

If it's for pure gaming I might suggest trying some of the 7.1 headphones. The Tiamats look good but as there are no reviews it's a bit risky.

I probly wont by razer as they focus more on the package rather on the product itself.

The only thing I like from razer is their deathadder, I love it.

And my choise will probly fall either on the pc 350 or 360
