New gaming rig

Hi i need some help/advice.
the machine will mostly be used for gaming, coding and rendering.

Current HW:

Rampage II Extreme
i7 920 4,2 GHz
6 GB Corsair dorminator GT 1866 MHz
Samsung EVO 250 GB SSD + 1TB storage
GTX 570 sli
AX1200 PSU (i know it's overkill)
all is water-cooled

what i am considering (i will water-cool what i can ):

1: Rampage IV Extreme
i7 4930k or i7 4820k
GTX 770 Sli or GTX 780 (1 with maybe 1 more down the line for sli)
16/32 GB Ram 2133/2400 MHz
Corsair 900D

2: Maximus VI Formula
i7 4770k
GTX 770 Sli or GTX 780 (1 with maybe 1 more down the line for sli)
16/32 GB Ram 2133/2400 MHz
Corsair 900D


What should i go for?

I'd go for the second option with 780 (which is especially good if you run higher resolutions than 1080p), but I really don't think you'll need 32GB RAM

both good options, although the 900d might be overkill, 750d is what i'd use

i doubt that you'll be using 32gb ram, even if, can start with 2x8gb and add more later if really needed, although unlikely imo

probably also wait for some benchmarks of the new amd cards

if you have the money,get the six core. you still have a nice cpu.

video and Photoshop rendering and for games, i play a lot of different games example
skyrim, crysis, battlefield and many more. btw i will be getting a 2560*1440 display.
