mmm thought it might be. If you've got a window then its nice to have a black interior. If you've got a black interior then a black themed motherboard is also nice and would work (from an aesthetic pov) with the ram and gpu you've picked.

So if it were me I would be tempted to go with say a CM Storm Enforcer and a black motherboard like the Gigabyte one I suggested earlier. I know that not everyone considers the look of the board and ram etc, but it would be a really good looking black and red theme then.

That case is good. I had the original version, the fan behind the motherboard is not needed - it'd need to be a 15mm one as well.

If it were my money I wouldn't buy an OCZ PSU.

Go for a Corsair, Seasonic or BeQuiet PSU. There are some other good companies as well and from what I've heard about OCZ, they are not very reliable.

I would say that's fine. The recommended PSU for a 6950 is 500W.
