New Build has delay before power kicks in

hmm it jus got a bit stranger, i thought ill have a look to see if my webcam works... and it does in both the front & the back ports hmmmm :/

Whooops i feel really stupid i just tryed my usb hdd down stairs on the xp laptop and it now says the usb device is not recognised.

same as the usb drive but not i cant get my stuff off it, my phone will charge off the usb now but will not connect to the pc still the pc doesnt even show anything and my phone thinks its just been pluged into a charger.

looks like ill have to try save my hdd

after reading up a bit more, it seems what ever was wrong to begin with has broken my hdd and phone.

because i installed the mobo

done a fresh install of windows and drivers

pluged my hdd in and nothing happend

i tryed everything in this post plus more

got a new mobo

my usb drives seem to be working now but my hdd and phone seem to have gotton corrupt in some strange way.

so what ever happend ill never know but if any one can shed any light on the matter that would be nice.

sorry again for wasting peeps time but thankyou, i would of gone mad dealing with this problem.
