New score using the latest beta this time:

Christ, i lent my bro the wrong 480, this one only does 190mhz over stock, the other can do 250mhz over stock....raging right now..

I managed to grab 890mhz on the core for a weasel gain in score :/

I suppose OC'ing my i5 to 5ghz would help, but the arse is not in the mood...

A real shame, 69c max temp too.... the other 480 is a golden chip though... i reckon i could do more than 1ghz on water with it :D

BNEGATIVE should add his scores in here too - I noticed he was using this in his build log.

Scored a sweet 2000 something on kitty.

Noticed it only uses 95% of 1 gpu on 1 test. Not picking up sli and using 56% singe gpu somewhere else.

Beta is beta I guess.

If you have some free time, you could always post about your results etc. on their forum. The developer reads all the posts quite actively, and can usually adress your issue.

Rasta i had the same problem. you just have to go to the nvidia control panel here bench config.jpg and follow this steps:

1º- 3D configuration
2º- go to program configuratiom
3º add exe. bench program file
4º enable the alternate frame rendering 2

Then you just have to restart the bench program to assume the changes!!
;)

Right, yes. Well I've gone ahead and broken 2x of the screw-heads that hold the cooler on the gpu of the 1st card - fool me for messing with it. Ghetto'd the cooler in place and it seems ok now.

(gonna have to buy someone a new gfxcard by the looks)

Anywho, did the profile thingy and now it's running both cards at the same %age +/- 1%, which is normal, but doesn't go over 56%. Kombustor runs them at 91 & 99, which I'd expect.

EDIT:Ok fixed it. Don't think it liked 306.xx drivers. 15309 sounds more healthy. Actually looked better too. 150 fps rather than 30 !!

That's close enough Rasta - I don't want another person beating my 15397!

hey!!! Nice score!!!! But you can give a Little more juice to those magnificent 7950´s that you have and jump directly to the first page!! ;)
Oh believe me I have tried! I think one of my cards is a bit of a dud and beyond 1200-1230mv I'm not getting any extra stability >.< I've had to use Trixx to get beyond the CCC limits too and in my experience MSI AB is a better tool but the latest versions are a real headache to overclock beyond the CCC limits in xfire.

Look back through the thread to my scores and it has the info in it on how to get SLI working properly.

Love the fact Tom incorporated this bench into the Area II review, promotion FTW :P

Will put up my HD6850 scores @1000mhz when I get home today :)

Im currently getting <6k with the sli fixes going about and it just restarts my tower with the standard setup sadly, :c

Boo.

On starting the application I was getting quite a few crashes but I put that down to conflictions with my hardware monitor (HWinfo64). Seemed to work more reliably with that off. Maybe that might help?

I had afterburner open first time and assumed it was that, 2nd time i had nothing open and still happened.... i sent the error report thing and ill give it a try in a later version or 2

Nice to see Tom using the benchmark :) Also awesome to see a fair few of us getting involved considering we can get the basic version for a couple of quid
