Does it have to be brand new?

I've seen a few 6600GT's going on ebay around the £90 mark.

Well if you can get a 6600GT then do it :)

ill try to get the gt then, most people seem to reccomend it, whats the heat on those things like? cos im planning to OC it as soon as i get it so i need to think about extra cooling, because at the moment the only extra agp cooling ive got is a large exhaust fan :(

get an ati silencer...i had one for my 9800pro and loved it. but if you get a leadtek 6600gt (cheapest at ebuyer £120) then they come with a pretty good copper heatsink and will do you well :D

You can OC the bollox off them on the stock heatsink too...but an Arctic Silencer works well too!! :)

GDDR3 will give you about 6GB/s under the bandwidth of a 6800, coupled with the GPU and it's smaller process size than the larger cards the 6600 and 6600GT run pretty cool for their power :D
