neverwet + minifridge?

so heres neverwet, im sure some of you have seen this before. Its not on sale in retail and DIY stores in uk

my question, if i coat my motherboard, gpu, cpu etc in this stuff, could this be of any use to water cooling for protection? Or even to use in subzero cooling? or is my crazy imagination getting excited over nothing? YOU decide!

Even though it shows it used on an iPhone, some of the Amazon reviews say the packaging says not safe for electronics. I have never used it, so I don't know personally.

You can get something similar in the UK. The issue is it's not resistant to any kind of abrasion as far as I know. And as above, even though it's been done, it's not advised that you use this on electronics.

Just get non-conductive coolant for water, and do the proper work required for Sub-zero

Nice idea, I'd like to see it tested, don't get me wrong but I don't think it'l work.

Done it. The whole mini fridge tho is just asking to kill the pump in it. They aren't designed to handle removing heat from a source. They generally have the same capacity as a 60W water cooling system. Maybe for a little low power system for fun, but not a gaming system.
