I'm looking for a laptop for £450 that has to meet these requirements

1. Dual Core
   
2. 1.8GHz +
   
3. 2Gb RAM+
   
4. Graphics card
   
5. 15"+ screen
   

The laptop will be used for coding, game development and watching movies on.

I'm looking for a laptop that has had a price cut or is on sale, something like was £600 now £450 or less. I can go a few quid extra but not much.

when you say graphics card did you mean the intel GMA stuff or something like a ati or nvid crad? as i think you may be hardpushed to find one in ur budget,but check ebay fella

Checking it out now, really interested in a Macbook atm...

Just sooo sexy and I do like working with them, so programming will have to be emulated or something lol. I know it's possible, just gotta learn it first. Anyone else got a Macbook on here? 2.1GHZ 2GB RAM 9400 graphics card.

I've got more money for it np, just £450 was my limit for laptop, I'll use the spare change I hide from my GF lol.

I got a MacBook, 2Ghz, 2GB RAM, 9400 NVIDIA ... 465quid, refurbished ofcourse, but it works, good condition, good battery etc...

If you need to emulate anything i wouldnt bother just use bootcamp instead (can also play games ect if you wanted), id much rather do that than use something like paralels tbh.

Yeah bootcamp is much better than parallels. Get win 7 on it fast, its really good on macs. Ironically.
