Need Two Fans

Since I would like some more fans for my CM 690 II case, I'm thinking of getting a 140mm for the top of the case and a 120mm for the side panel to blow air into to feed the PSU at the bottom.

But does anyone here know which fans are cheap, quiet and have a good airflow? I'd like to spend £10 roughly on the fans as I am on a budget.

The PSU doesnt need any fans added for it. The case will work perfectly well just put that £10 towards a decent CPU heatsink

I did think about that. I was wanting a decent heat sink but currently I have to wait until the 1155 heat sinks are out. The OCZ Vendetta 2 does look good but I still need to wait to see if it'll work on the p67 motherboards. I'm still getting a top fan though but I still need to find on that allows me to switch on and off the blue LEDs.
