So iv'e always wanted to upgrade to an ssd since last year. At the moment i am losing patience over waiting for prices to drop also with new controllers and so many technological advancements new and faster SSD's are introduced monthly. My main worry at the moment is buying an SSD and having a new revolutionary controller or SATA connection interface or something come out a month later that will put my new SSD to shame and make me cry. I would most likely get a 120Gb for windows 64x and for 3-4 games/programs, either ocz vertex 3 or crucial c300 but my question would be; how much more improvements can we expect to the current top ssd's on the market. I imagine that access times don't really get much faster as they are and 300-500Mb read is heaps enough and deliver fast loading but is there anything to wait for or am i just torturing myself?
