Need some serious advice

Basically orded of tekheads, yeh i know, it was an order for my fathers business so I used his card that was saved on the account. What I didn't know what the card had been replaced so the payment didnt clear. Tekheads then went and WITHOUT MY PERMISSION charged it to one of the other cards on my account. On finding this out I refused to accept the package and contacted them ....

No reply

Waited a while perhaps their busy.

Tried again... nope

phoned and left a message... nope

tried there msn .... nope

Tried there forum.... got deleted (I was being civil still)

Keep trying there msn but nope... Where do I go from here. They have my money and I don't have the goods... This is theft no? Who do I get involved they are completely blanking me.

Order was placed on 19.Jun.2007 22:17 and have been trying to get to them since.

I've made Tekheads aware of your threads for you and I imagine you should expect a response shortly.

You may want to check your email though as I believe Tekheads tried to contact you on the email address registered on the forums

Wells its been resolved seams software glitch but managed to contact them and get it sorted. Sry for hasle
