First post in here and have a question for you guys!
What do you think would give the best (lowest) temp
1. A Corsair H80 mounted in the rear end of a Corsair 650D case replacing the standard 120mm fan fitted in the back of the case but with the 200mm fan left in the top of the case
2. A Corsair H100 mounted in the top of a Corsair 650D case replacing the 200mm fan in the top of the case but with the 120mm fan left in it's place at the rear of the case
Although the H100 looking at the paper should be the better one with it's bigger radiator etc I've noticed in some reviews the difference between the two coolers is not that big...only 1-2 degrees C or so and somehow I think the overall temperature (both in the case and the pure CPU temp) might be lower if I go for the H80 and keep the 200mm fan in the roof of the case...? Another benefit I see with choosing the H80 and option 1 above is I could then re-fit the 120mm fan in the bottom of the case.
Thanks in advance for any ideas or input!
