I pressume you mean you want to disable the clock test?

All you need to do is go into the power user then Nvidia/overclocking then disable internal clock test and make sure the light bulb is swithced on by right clicking on it.You can set your clocks at whatevever you want without having to test them first.

In the power user setting you can under the nvidia overclocking or global overclocking section increase the overall clock speed allowed.
