Need help with GPU

Out of these two, what is the difference?

Gigabyte GeForce GTX 580 UD HDMI Dual-DVI 1536MB - currently $729 NZD

and

Asus GeForce ENGTX580 DCII/2DIS/1536MD5 1536MB - currently $679 NZD

I just want to know which is better? or is it based on company preference

The Asus uses a MASSIVE triple slot cooler, which doesn't afaik produce better temps over dual slot coolers. The PCB doesn't effectively support the cooler so it bends when installed( there are plenty of examples on the forums)

I would go for the gigabyte model because afiak it uses the wind force cooler, which is brilliant.

Dude they seem pricey I would recommend the gigabyte card the windforce system is cooler and quiter also if you can see if pccasegear.com.au posts to NZ and see if you can't get it a bit cheaper.

I have the Gigabyte SOC 580 which uses the windforce cooler and it is fantastic.

Gigabyte is probably the best one to go for out of those two, less space, better temps and better OC potential
