need help picking new amd motherboard for 1055t

ok so im dont know to much about amd but my little brother has a 1055t in his system right now but its in a cheap mobo and he wants to start overclocking like 3.6-4ghz range depending on the silicon lottery, i do alot of ocing on intel stuff but this will be my first attempt with amd so any help u guys can provide is much appreciated. o and the budget is $120-180 us

so must haves are: sli support, nice beefy power phase

The ASUS Crosshair V Formula, ASUS Sabertooth 990FX and Gigabyte GA-990FXA-UD5/UD7 are very nice MB's and good overclockers.

i was just looking at the ud3 but is the vrm the same as on the ud7

UD3/UD5/UD7 are all the same mobo, the only difference is how many GPUs you will use. UD3 = x16x16, UD5 = x16x16x8, UD7 = x16x16x8x8 i think. Either way they are the same mobos other than GPU support.
