need help for RAID 0

i had 2 HITACHI 40gb / 2mb,sata II and i want to RAID it(on my gigabyte 81955x pro mobo).first,i set my bios for RAID mode and set "RAID configuration" until both of hardisk already membered.then i begin to install windows.while installing windows i press F6 and insert RAID driver disk into drive A.the problem is after installing windows,always "blue screen" show up on display(like hardware crashing).:banghead: where is my bad?

where the best to plug in both sata cable?sata I and sata II socket or sata I and sata III socket?
