I have about + or - 100 US / 50 GBP to spend on some earbuds, just wondering which ones are the best for that price range. And if you could mention earbuds to stay away from. Thanks in advance.

dont you clean your ears with them?

lol earbuds like headphones or ear phones. ill mainly listen to music, want good highs and lows and good fit

i have some sennheiser cx300's too, they are very good, lots of bass.

and can be had for under £10 on ebay(genuine ones, look out for the fakes)

or some v-moda vibes,i hear those are very good, they are about £40-50.

what are you gonna be using them for,mp3 player?

Raging.

yea mp3 player, im looking at shures at the moment the cheapest ones that shure carries are around £40 they go to £250 which i would never spend for personal use. noise canceling would be nice too, i have small ears so good buds are hard to find.

Shure e2c

I own them and they are superb, they are noise cancelling too. They transformed my listening experience delivering thick, creamy bass and tight, crisp highs. Can be found on Amazon for ~£20/~$40... They retailed for lots more.

Also, they come with a range of inserts, 3 sets of foam expanding ones, 3 sets of soft black rubber, 3 sets of firm clear rubber. S/M/L.

I decided on the Shure SCL2-CL, see how that goes. Got em for 75 US with shipping, and they threw in a shure maglite =P One of the small perks for working for a small recording studio.
