Need help choosing new router

After my 3rd Belkin N1 Vision died i got a refund, now need help choosing a replacement

Requirements

N1 wireless

Gigabit switch

the gigabit switch is key, the belkin transfered (when working) over the wired network at 110mb/s minimum.

I had a dedicated switch that capped at 60mb/s so really need to know that its going to cope as well or better than the belkin.

Have thought about buying a 5ghz wireless and seperate gigabit switch but really not sure.

Want to spend about £120 MAX

I tried Linksys wireless N - and it melted ! Literally.

Dlink have the 655 for less than £120.

My switch is dlink and even though its gigabit maxes out at 60mb/s

Wont accept any less that 110mb/s tbh

I have a DLink Dir 655 Xtreme which ive had for about 4-5 months, never had any problems with it what so ever. tried many routers linksys netgear and like yourself the belkin (which is sat in my loft) as it was naff!! I got mine from here: http://www.scan.co.uk/Product.aspx?WebProductId=820815

Couldnt recommend it enough I paid £118 for mine at the time, its now £92 what a bargain!
