Need advice for first build

The only reason that I wouldn't go with the x79 bundle is because the processor is a step down. if you upgrade to a 3930k and a rampage 4 extreme then that would be my choice but for this poll the i5 2500k is a clear winner and has the most gaming potential.

UPDATE: Picked up the Sabertooth Z77 and I5-2500k from Fry's today and plan on upgrading to Ivy Bridge when it launches later this year. Hope I made the right decision.
