need a new case

hi im build my first computer.

and i need a few good case's to pick from

i would like a full tower although midi would be ok

it must be less than £100

and have all the goodies like dust filters and a good airflow and look

i was looking at the cm 690 ii advanced that gives you an idea of a case im looking for

also some future upgrades would be wanted like possible water cooling and dual GUP's

Cooler master 690 II ADV and the Fractal Arc Midi are probably the best <£100 cases that also support water cooling. If you are only going to water cool the CPU then I would go for the Arc, you can fit a nice thick 240mm RAD in the roof and there is plenty of clearance for RAM and the motherboard as well.

If you plan on watercoooling both CPU and GPU the 690 II would be the best option but you will need two 240mm RADs, a 30mm one in the top and a 60mm one in the bottom but it will be a tight fit too do both and it will be quite cramped.

I hate to say it but if you want a case that is going to support a good watercooling set up for both CPU and GPU then saving a bit of extra cash and getting a HAFX would be the best idea. You can get a nice thick 360mm RAD in the roof and as you can see from Tom's Shadow H20 build you will have good performance.

TTL used the HAF932 advanced for the shadow h2o build.The HafX only barely support a 55mm thick rad.

But i agree with SieB,you need something bigger for better WC options.

ok cool i think ill leave the water cooling and just wait till i got money to upgrade to a £100+ case something really special lol any ideas on that? anywhere 100+ but not past the 400 mark
