Everyone knows PC World do a crap job, nice to see the proof for the media.

I used to manage the IT team at a PC World store, and we always did a 1st rate bang up job. What the major issue with PC world is the sales guys over sell the products. I cant tell you how many times we had to explain to a customer what the product could and couldnt do, and where the sales guys had fscked up.
