i think your forums could give your gaming servers alot more exposure. They seem good servers, so i think if you had a section in the forums they might stay and get more busier.
Relate your forums to irc. You can relay the forums each time a reply is made to irc with the topic title and also a reply link. It will increase traffic as well and introduce more people to the site. This is made with a simple script. I am sure different teams and clans would have a bot in there channel by request.
