alryt guys,this is my OC on the cpu and memory check it out and give me some pointers to get it higher or tweaked

idle 35c load 55-62c

cooler nordwand push/pull noctua Flx running at 12v

Good work, that's quite respectable. The temps are also impressive considering the voltage.

May I ask how you stress tested the overclock for stability? I'm thinking of getting a PII 955BE or 965BE and will definitely be clocking it. I haven't had an AMD chip for some time, and never overclocked the last one, which was a Duron 1000MHz!

cheers fella i run OCCT for 1hour medium data set so basicly all on auto,voltage is realy low some ppl go to 1.5-1.52 to get stable over 3.5

1 hour? That doesn't seem like long, but I've not used OCCT before. You should try seeing if it can withstand 8hrs of prime blend too, that stresses all sorts when I've used it. Surprisingly uncovers instabilities when everything else doesn't.

hmmm will do,after 2hours after running occt it gave me a BSOD so ime now at 1.45v
