My new RIG

Hi all i got this rig off my dad for my birthday, i forgot to tell him that its in april.

specs:

CPU: AMD X2 4400+ DUAL CORE @ 2.1GHZ

MOBO: ASUS A8N-SLI

HARD DRIVE: 1 X WESTERN DIGITAL RAPTOR X (150GB 10000RPM)

GFX: 2 X 7900GTX'S 512MB IN SLI

SOUND: CREATIVE AUDIGY 7.1

RAM: 2 X 512MB CORSAIR XMS2

OTHERS: ZALMAN AERO FLOWER CPU COOLER

CASE: SILVERSTONE TEMJIN 5

Thats about it

I will get the Benchmark results as and when i finish them

nice setup man! although,, all that power in graphics and only 1GB of ram, that will be your choke point for a bit, that wiring is maticulously tidy!

Looking good, wish my wiring was that tidy, but with 7 Hard disks, Raid cards & non-sleeved PSU i was a bit stuffed

Not personally No: but my mates have done. I don't let people build me PC's (EDIT: this wasn't slating you: I just like building my own)

i know, the thing is i never asked for it he just send me a email saying that he made and brought it for me and that i was getting it the day after.

was abit of a shock

I got some ties, but after seein' that I think I'll invest in something tidier.

es, bloody useless design, and the thermal module failed. They gave me a replacement module after 6 weeks wait, which did not work.!!!

Bad service, bad design, I think Silverstone have what always appears to be incomplete ideas about case design. They introduce one novel idea, but then dont fix the problems it creates.
