My New Case - LC17

About time I got a new case, was getting bored of the Lian-Li PC7.. especially after my bodged up spraying attempt.

I opted for the SilverStone LC17-B. Lovely case I must admit... with plenty of room, due to it being much bigger than standard HTPC cases.

Here is my old case:

What was I thinking! Horrid finish..

Now to the new case:

Love it the case so far.. brilliant. CPU idling at 25-28c.. not checked load temp yet.. will edit when I find out.

ooooo nice case mate, the Silverstone HTPC style cases always look really solid and well built!

Whatcha doing with the PC-7 now?

Umm.. god knows. Might whack it in the attic.

Edit: Or if anyone wants it, they can pick it up for free.. but, honestly.. the finish of the paint is terrible, needs stripping and doing again.

Yes there is, but an extra £100 or so isn't worth a little screen IMHO.

It's bigger than I expected it to be, but thats okay. Many options to hide cables. I had to get a new cooler when I released my Tuniq Tower was to big... but surprisingly, my Arctic Freezer Pro 7 cools it better .

how much was the case again for new one, you could of got the antec HTPC case as it has the IMON lcd I think its called

DRIVER HELL
