will do, btw, can anyone suggest a good psu for a socket a board, it needs to be able to supply 250 watts minimum and around 300 prefered, not exactly high i know, but what im looking for is somthing just about silent and very stable, as the psu i have awings about like crazy.

Try an Antec Truepower...or an OCZ modstream.

And if ya need a very quiet, very high performance Heatsink and fan...then mine is for sale in the "Europe" section!!
