OP. What are your temps running? Does it do the job?
This forum is one of the best water cooling forums on the net for clean exceptional builds. You well get a lot of help and great advice here on how to clean it up and make it a nice system.
i can run ibt max stress for aslong as i like and it gets to 65c on the hottest core so thats fine.
when i 1st set it up idles were like 22c.
but after i ran ibt for an hour or so idles are more like 30c now (water temperature is higher)
its not something that bothers me much as its really the load temps i care about.
with the xigmatec aiger with 2x 120's on it in push pull i was getting to 85c easy after the 3rd test "well during the 3rd test"
im runnning at 1.35v at 4.6..
i can get 4.8 out of it with the same volts but my benches get slower and it will throttle down "i think due to the pwm" but i keep that at 36c max so not sure about it.
i can get 4.5 at lower volts but again 1.35 gives me better bench results at the same clock rates (physics)
my fans only ramp up when a core hits 65c (speed fan) so its all good really nothing's really going to get it to 65c if ibt can only manage that.
basically what happend is..
i didnt like my air cooler so i bought a AIO.
i thought it neede more rad space. and i had a rad in the attic any way. so i said F'it Bought the res and did that.
then i thought id like to clean the block out some time. But the Td03's block is brazed together so you can take the pump out but your not really going to clean the block. so i decided i needed a block i could clean.
and that also meant i needed a pump,
It wouldnt look near as bad if i hadnt snaped one of my 6mm>10mm connectors.
and if i had a case that could have taken a 240 to start it then none of this would have needed to happen (but honetly i would have found a reason to add the extra 120 in there any way if i could fin a inch to shove it in)
If i get a bigger case il just buy a 240 or 360 pit the tdo3 back together with a small res and slap it in one of my core 2 duos
and no one will ever know lol.
