Firstly thanks to Phil for providing the case and accessories and also for cutting the blowholes! I used a DD d5 pump which ive mounted behind the hard drives onto the hdd rack. For the rest of the setup ive used a DD dual floppy reservoir followed by 120.3 thermochill radiator with shroud and 3 thermaltake blue uv fans to cool it. I then have a brass tdx DD cpu block mounted and the piping which is 1/2" id. I used dark uv blue additives as i liked the colour and green uv cables as i figured they looked good together! As for the case well..... that took me ages to find one i liked that would fit the thermochill 120.3 rad in. i eventually found this one as i love lian li cases and thanks again to phil as he managed to get hold of one and cut the blowholes for me as i am not too confident with cutting tools and i didnt want to ruin the case!!!!:( If anyone has any suggestions on this or feedback i would appreciate it as im always up for suggestion! If you want more pics or anything just shout:eek:

My comp consists of

Msi K8n Diamond

Amd Fx-55 custom water cooled

2 XFX 7800gtx`s in sli

2 wd raptors in raid 0

2Gb crucial ballistix pc4000

samsung cd/rw

7in1 floppy card reader

650w Akasa psu

Thanks for looking!

DAve:)

I'm loving it mate - its such a shame you didnt get it anodised though at the same time :( would have looked simply stunning. But there's always next time. Interesting choice not to watercool the GPU's any particular reason for this?

Dont blame ya mate.

So pleased for ya EP is a roaring success.

Equilibrium - if you ever need any advice or help with watercooling then dont hesitate to ask :D

Loads of us have done similar setups including myself, Phil, BAcon (though he's past it now LOL ;))

Enjoy it mate.

mate I am on about my 3rd generation of cases and fluid cooling (ater and phase) on mine - urs is better looking then that one.

Congrats my friend it's a winner.

Very nice mate, really nice. One of the best cases for watercooling (along with UFO, v series etc).

He'll be back.

Yeah, i speak to him all the time.....he's one of my best mates online :D

Overclocking is a labour of love, wringing the very last ounce of speed out of your equipment - not that i need to tell you guys that.

Reckon we've both got bored with the hassle of doing the extreme stuff, just settling for what we can get on air for the time being......watch this space though - you never know ;)

looks interesting mate, i am a bit like phil confused on wht you didn't water cool yr graphi cards as they would of benifitted form it, but still....

Good job mate only greevance i ahve is that oen green ide cable that is going over the tubes, try and move that to not look as obviouse but aprt from that liking it

Hey

Hey guys thanks for feedback!;) Have been thinking on cooling gpu`s next just taking one step at a time lol:D Yeah i think next time ill get an anodised case as they look wicked! I saw one you did for cyclepath in piano black and it looks stunning! Buy hey there is always a next time:cool: Apart from the gpus being water cooled is there any other mods etc you guys think would improve it as i am always on the look out for improvement!!!! And another thing would the push/pull config increase cooling performance with 3 fans blowing out the top and the other 3 drawing into the case and out the back? Cheers again guys.

i see what you mean!

Gpu water cooling

Ok i looked into the cooling of the gpus by using the dd 7800 block on ep site. So would i go from the cpu into the gpus and back to the rad or vice versa? If i go from the gpus into the cpu i see the cpu getting warmer??:( But if i did it from the cpu to the gpus would there be alot of difference from the standard fans on the cards already? Lol sorry for the tounge twister!!!! Help appreciated:)

that pic stil shows that annoyign ide cable from the cd-rom drive its all over the place lol :p

I woudl look at cycle paths methof od water cooling the gpu's i.e. his loop and how it goes, but tbh now adays it dont make too much difference where things are in the loop, pumps now adays are so powerful it dont matter what goes where i.e. the gpu blocks before teh cpu blocks really
