After running a laptop for 2 years, I decided to step up to a proper rig! (The laptop dying made the decision a little easier too :p )

Probably going to pick up a second 670 some time soon. Also, the cable management has been sorted, those pics were just after I finished putting it together, I was a bit too excited to bother sorting all the cables out, I wanted to fire it up ^_^

Welcome to the forum Eztrcfyu,
Nice looking system you have there , I bet it's a nice jump from a laptop.
Very nice for your first build , good job.
I hope to see more pics when your finished with the cable routing.

Looks very sweet,

I love to see brand new pc parts in boxes.....Its like christmas anytime..

Very nice build, I am sure you will have a blast with it..

Welcome to OC3D mate! Fantastic choice of components for your first build, can tell you did some research. Like someone else said bet it's a rather nice jump from a laptop

Nice rig mate! :)
What made you install the H100i with the tubing to the left instead of the right?
I think its just personal preference but I've always had the tubing going to the right as it doesn't hide the H100i.

Nice rig mate.. almost same specs as mine.. hope you really enjoy it... have to ask a question about the gtx 670... in my rig it it kind of bended on the edge for no obvious reason as the cables are not at all tight on it but it looks slightly bended.. does yours look straight?

Thanks for the comments guys. I'm surprised it hasn't been compared to TTL's Corsair Comp Rig yet
Almost went for Dominator Platinum's too, but they were just a little out of my price range.

No particular reason apart from that being the 'natural' curve of the tubing. Also, if the rad was the other way around, the excess tubing would be bunched up more (because the tubes leave the unit on the right) and its right over the RAM, and there isn't a heap of room in the top of the 600T, it looks like the tubes would almost touch the GPU backplate if it were the other way around.

Mine is bent a little as well, and the cables aren't tight. I'm pretty sure its just gravity pulling down a little on the end of the card, I've seen it in plenty of rigs so I don't think its anything to worry about really.
