my first build

this is my first ever build let me know what you think, i know its not the most powerful rig but i just wanted to get a feel for it.i will be building a monster this coming year now i have had a go at a first draft

SPECS

CASE: Novatech Vortex
MB: MSI 990XA GD55
CPU: AMD FX 6100
COOLING: Corsair H100i
RAM: 8Gb Corsair 1333Mhz value RAM (just for now)
GPU: x2 Sapphire HD 6570 2Gb (in crossfire with there ram clocked at 1866Mhz)
STORAGE: x2 1TB Caviar Green (in a raid) x1 60Gb OCZ Agility 3 boot drive
PSU: Novatech 750W Black Edition Modular Hybrid

Cable management is pretty bad to be fair. Why do you have the PCI-E cables in there if you don't have a card that needs them? Keep them at the back. It doesn't make sense for you to have them there.

You could also route the 24-pin motherboard connector from the top grommet. That would make it look cleaner.

Same as above, cable tidying could be done a lot better, I really don't know why you would go with 2 x 6570, that must be the same price as like a 7750 which I am sure would be a lot better

i was planning on getting two hd 7870's but have decided to wait for the 8000 series now, i will be cable managing later so i may update these pics. also the 24 pin power connector is stretched quite far there mate but i will give it a pop later when i remove the pci power cables.

thanks for the feed back i had been meaning to put these pics up when i had the 7870's, but have decided to build another rig for gaming an use the gpu's out of this rig for 2 media center pc's (one for my parents)
