Doh! you could have had it for £200:D

"im not insulted but i think u know that im going to say know. Its worth £250 but id take aroound £200 at a push i wanna see it go to a good home but if no one can offer a reasonable price fleabay it is"

I suppose I was gonna spend the money one way or the other, in the end it was either a new one from Phil, or the second hand one, I looked at what Philip was giving with it (rad, psu and already powder coated internally) so I thought ok, there's some ofset between this and a new case with equivalent work. I've not access to the for sale section, so I'd never have known..

looking at the interest it raised over on the bay, I know it'll always fetch a decent price.

Nice buy, I was bidding on her myself, but you own, not me :(

Hope you stick around, I'd really like to see what you're gonna do with the case.

Good Luck

Josh

Hi Phil,

That was me that emailed you on Saturday asking about a powder coated Copper version G70/pc75. I Would have bought that if this Red case had not been available. Still I know where to come if I need anything.....

Raja

Btw I see someone mentioned a Racing Green anodised case a whikle ago on another forum. The Aston Martin deep metallic green is a fantastic colour (to me anyway), that's something I'd like to see....

hi raja, nice to see you made it onto ep-uk, the guys here are are really helpful, im sure if you look through this thread u'll see how it can look as a case, so as far as how to wire it or loop it, then look no further.

Well I got the case earlier this week. I can't believe the quality of the external finish, or the powder coat internals. It looks awesome throughout.

I have a couple of pics here of how I wired it and looped the wc (first time wc setup for me). The pump position is not perfect, but it'll do for now, I think I may get a DDC ultra with modded outputs.

here's the pics

I may get a side window, not sure yet, as the solid panels make it look real refined, I wonder if Phil Stanbridge can match the colour for me...

Was also thinking of having some castors like the v2000, but chromed instead..

Raja

Yes I can likely match the colour - I may need a bezel off you just for a tester. It wont be a cheap exercise though, as a bulk run of the same colour is the most economical way to do it.
