Nice rig, I'm thinking about the 550D as my next case. Have you tried setting up a custom fan profile with MSI afterburner?

ya i have played with custom fan profiles....but i find the stock one works fine....

So today a few hours ago i placed an order for a new Filco magestouch 2 104 key keyboard. while placing the order i descided to trow in a new Corsair AX760i power supply! kinda excited about that now....no more 5 year old NSpire 750 watt. hoping it will be in early in the new year....i placed it express but i origionaly ordered an older AX 750 that was on sale but called to change the order to the new ax760i.....only an extra $40.....also been having truble with the fan on my Hyper 212+ so i ordered a 120mm corsair SP120 to put on that....so hopefully next week now i will get to do a dusting of the system and install that new PSU!

So the AX760i is in, ive opened it and had a look at the beast, however i have to wait untill tomorrow before i have a chance to put it in the system! i feel like i should take the night off work now just to install it

Well the NH-D14 came in today so i descided to install it before work.

a more up to date pic of the PC with my Revodrive 3, the AX760i, and the Noctua all installed

just enough room between the heatsink/fan. covered all 4 of my ram sticks with almost no room to spear!
