MSI's reference RX Vega GPU leaks

Not taking into account architectural improvements, I see this coming in between the 1070 and 1080 if the perf per clock is the same as the 580 (with some really rough napkin math). Assuming a PP compute unit o 15% as polaris over gcn 2.0 was then it is still behind a 1080 ti. However I could be wrong. I used a single site for all my data and have no idea what im doing. Can't wait for reviews.
