MSI P45 Platinum & Thermalright Ultra-120

I'll be building my first non-laptop PC in 2 weeks and I've found a problem. Will the Thermalright Ultra-120 eXtreme heatsink fit in a MSI P45 Platinum? The heatsinks around the NB, etc. look quite tall...
