i am using 5850

single GPu

looking for Overclocking , gaming , video converting , video editing(after 2months),

a best mother board with Xtreme or Cool LOOKS

I think any motherboard with a black PCB looks awesome -

Gigabyte GA-Z68XP-UD3R, GA-Z68XP-UD3P or if you have money to burn, the G1.Sniper 2

ASRock Fatal1ty Z68 Professional Gen3 or the aforementioned Z68 Extreme7 Gen3.

Another vote for Gigabyte here. UD3/UD4 for black and grey, or UD5 for a sexy little bit of blue. UD7 has gold, but it seems to have disappeared recently.

Since you havent mentioned a budget im going to go all out and reccomend the asus maximus extreme Z. Easily one of the best looking mobos out there and has recently has had a bios update to support ivy bridge so you have good futureproofing there.

Gigabyte UD4-UD5-UD7 and Asus Pro, Deluxe, Maximus,Sabertooth. Evga has some nice MB's also. My personal favourites are the UD5-7 and the Sabertooth

I'd recommend the Gigabyte Z68X-UD3H-B3. I've got one. It's a great board which can handle a 4.7GHz 2500K with 1.5v going through it. It doesn't get very warm and it looks great with the all black PCB/slots to boot.
