Is anyone knows of a decent Overclocking Z77 motherboard that can charge when the PC is off, and control the voltage of my USB ports? I want to charge my phone slower over night, so it would less damage my battery capacity over time. and if I'm in a rush I can turn back to 5V for normal charge.
