Motherboard difference

i was wondering if you guys see any differences in these two boards? the reason i ask is because newegg has a bundle with the z68xp-ud3p and a i5 2500k for 379.98.

i was looking at the: GA-Z68X-UD3P-B3, i dont see any differences.. but buying w/ a bundle saves me like 30bucks..

what are your guys thoughts on SSD - corsair 120gb or intel 320series 120gb...

this is NOT a double post, from my previous one.. i am asking about MB

I havent looked at newegg, but I am guessing there is no difference because the B3 tacked on at the end refers to the Cougar Point problem with one of the SATA ports on the released P67 boards. The B3 steppings are the fixed boards. i dont know why they use B3 when referring to Z68 boards as they were released after the recall/whatever intel called it.

yup, as far as I know, that should be it.

Why Gigabyte kept it in the name? Probably because it's still a Sandy-Bridge/1155 socket board. Enthusiasts will probably (and hopefully) know the differences between chipsets, but the more mainstream users probably only know of 1155 and problems with boards that are not 'B3'.

Edit:

There is a difference between the two boards.

The Z68XP allows use of the IGP of the Sandy-brigde processor through an HDMI port.
