Moth problem..

....i seem to have a problem at the moment with scuisidal moths..

i leave my window open at night, in order for the pc's in my pc room not to die from overheating

my problem comes in the morning, when i come in, to find a wide selection of moths, clogging the rear fan in the pc i havd the case side off of..

their corpses are killing the fan

any idea how to detract the moths from the pc?

Moth Balls

Cover the fans with something leaving some bit of space for ventilation.

Or you could close the window at night and leave a fan (not the case fans) switched on facing the computer.

Normally closing the curtains does the job as they most probably go into your home because of the light. And I am thinking that those fan you have has bright LEDs.

i am considering one of those 120mm fan grills, the silver ones....chrome or whaever they are, i think that should stop them...

but then i will still have a room full of alive moths...

A thin net curtain stops moths and allows air in. Also, filters on your fans would stop the moths and the dust.

i could just close my curtains, then they'd be trapped behind them...
