Should i go for one 24 inch dell, one 20 inch dell or two 20 inch dell monitors? Also how is gaming across dual monitors? I Have an x1800xl

Ur x1800xl wouldnt handle the kinda reseloutions required to run over 2 monitors, or i can even see it havin slight probs with the 24 inch monitor, so just get a single 20 inch monitor. Any thing over is overkill my friend.

The reason people play flightsims with dualies, is so they can see the instruments on one and the world view as they like to call it (inside to a human hehe) on the other. Normally arranged in a vertical arrangement. How do I know this, cos I build a flight sim desk for my cousin who's now a BA Pilot lol.

lol, but wouldnt you prefer to have the cockpit infront of you? well i think ill go with a 20inch dell widescreen seems well priced (319 quid) Unless anyone has a better idea?

If you get in a 2 seater plane you'd see that the instruments actually go quite high on the horizen. The cockpit was only raised a little, not much but it was so much fun to fly an F117 on FS2000.

The 20" is a great choice and you wont be crying after buying it :)

I would go with one of samsung's super low response time lcd's. They're down to 3ms I believe. Even if it's not a hulking HUGE monitor, games will run with the utmost perfection :-). just my 2 cents
