With some help I'm finally properly registered so that I can post stuff :) (Thanks again!). So yeah, I'm always zealus to discuss stuff with other tech enthusiasts and I hope that this forum will satisfy this tickle. Unfortunately I'm pretty much the only hardware enthusiast in my circle of friends but that's what the internet is for, ain't it! Oh, and please forgive my english - I'm german and I don't always manage to express myself as eloquent as I'd like.

Im the same with my friends, im doing software devlopmemt in college and i always end up on a massive talk about hardware and stuff with the staff and most of the class just sit there like huh lol

Yeah, well my friends a admirably patient with me but it's usually rather one sided and I don't always want to torture them ;) .

don't worry, your english skills exceed not only those of the average german, but probably those of the average native speaker as well.

Wow, thanks man! I do my best.

Not quite, but I'm from Niedersachsen so it's close enough to use the expression once in a while.
